Not Obtainable

Qualia is not obtainable. Only matter is attainable. We grasp at matter, and like love, we cling to it, we fall for it, but it does not last, it slips away. Unlike matter, not being obtainable is part of qualia’s allure – its virtue – it is not a currency we can hoard.

Actually, in a sense, qualia can be hoarded. For, as one aspect of qualia is our interpretation of the messages our senses are sending to the mind – in essence, our ideas – well then, we certainly can collect those! Unlike matter though, we can give our qualia away with no diminishment of our own stock!

This is what opens the door to a qualiadelic economy…
