The thing about qualia is that we can’t quite grasp it
Knowing qualia is like knowing subatomic particles: the closer we come to being able to observe them the less measurable they become.
Or perhaps knowing qualia is like knowing God: as we grow toward him or her or it, he or she or it keeps moving further away
Qualia seems so simple, so obvious. But the more I understand it the more complex it gets.
But, I know one thing.
It won’t make any difference whether we understand qualia or not if we destroy our ecosystems.
