As we move toward ideals (and back to ecosystems) we are in the aesthetic of the beautiful.
In decay, falling off from our ideals and back toward the human landscape, the aesthetic is sublime.
We can put this in two important perspectives: either our ideals are laced with traces of addiction and trauma caused by the human landscape,or, we are inspired by a new economy based upon contentment and the gifts that ecosystems inevitably provide.
This latter perspective necessitates getting away from Big Dopamine and recovering our sense for Little Dopamine.
