Little Dopamine is not addictive. It is much more subtle than Big Dopamine.

We do not become addicted to the arts, to spiritual practice, to thoughts. The mind is qualiadelic.

When ecosystems bestow gifts upon us, whether it is the fruit of springtime or the seeds of the mind, our appreciation and our gratitude is not addictive.

These wonderful gifts are all around us, and merely noticing is the source of true contentment.

When Jesus said “the meek shall inherit the earth” he was referring to the appreciation of Little Dopamine.
