The conclusion I’ve drawn is that good health, moderation in indulgences, exercise, eating right, developing the mind through reading and, most definitely, conversation, is a spiritual practice when done consciously, with conscious purpose.

Pay attention to the qualia floating around in anything – in a conversation for example. Ritual consciously (which really is at the heart of good health in any way you choose to find it). Taken together, these will lead you to what we all seek: a balance or equilibrium that allows us to look beyond ourselves. Look into into the landscapes of others and you will find purpose. Look beyond the human landscape and you will discover ecosystems. Look beyond life and you will find meaning and spirituality
